Hello Everyone,
As someone who has recently completed rehab, I’m trying to decide whether I should attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings moving forward. I understand that both programs offer support and community, but I’m unsure which one would be more beneficial for my recovery journey. Can anyone share their experiences or insights on how to choose between the two?
