A lot of people do 30 days, but many doctors and studies say closer to 60 to 90 days tends to work better long term.
The main thing is staying long enough to get through detox, stabilize, and really start working on the underlying stuff.
I’d talk honestly with the treatment team about your situation and let them help you figure out the right length instead of just picking a number.
