I’ve been smoking pretty much every day for a while and decided it’s time to stop for a bit. The problem is, I’m feeling super sluggish, not sleeping great, and kind of anxious. I keep seeing stuff online about detox drinks and “3-day cleanses,” but I’m not sure if any of that actually helps. Has anyone here gone through this before? How long did it take for you to feel clear again, and what actually made a difference?
