Hi everyone, Is it dangerous to quit alcohol cold turkey? I’ve heard that stopping suddenly can sometimes cause serious withdrawal symptoms, but I’m not sure how true that is. Is it safer to detox under medical supervision, or do some people quit on their own without issues? I’d really appreciate any information or personal experiences. Thanks!
