First time at Recovery Dharma meetings. What actually happens?

Going to my first Recovery Dharma meeting tomorrow and I don't know what to expect since everyone in my sober group talks about AA and NA but never this one. Is there an actual meditation practice or is that just a small part? I used mostly opioids, not sure if that matters for which meeting fits.

I'll add that most groups have a facilitator instead of a chairperson and the vibe is less structured than a traditional 12 step room. First time I went I just listened through the whole meditation without really doing it right and that was fine, nobody checks. Wear something comfortable since you're sitting for a while.

Recovery Dharma meetings I've been to open with 20 minutes of silent meditation, then a reading from the book, then sharing where you just raise your hand when you're ready. What you used doesn't matter at all, I've sat next to people in for alcohol, opioids, and gambling in the same room. The tone is calmer than most NA meetings I tried, less crosstalk, more space between people speaking.
